Professional Development: The SCILS Group team
supports organizations, agencies and schools to become effective
teams. To develop shared understanding of the underlying beliefs,
values, and principle that guides their work together.
When an organization’s staff has a shared
understanding of the mission, practice the core principles, they
can develop a collective vision with a plan for implementation. Without
a plan and agreed process, organizations solve one problem after
another without long range clarity. We guide and facilitate a process
of establishing the what, before the how, developing an understanding
followed by effective planning, implementation, and evaluation. The
process allows for exploration of good and best practices, new ideas
and creating a partnership between staff, management and stakeholders.
