Outcomes are the cornerstone of our group’s work.  Our coaching, training and project development for service organizations and agencies model characteristics that build capacity and inter-agency coalitions. Through exploration and inquiry, planning and a team development process challenges that prevent mission accomplishment can be successfully navigated and overcome. In addition, we help identify and initiate new and emerging practices for adults and families that encourage use of natural communities and utilize personal designed supports to accomplish individual goals.
